All HR processes and documentation are reviewed in accordance to ensure compliance with current employment law, that the company is operating best practice and that everything is aligned with the brand. As there are usually changes to employment law each April and October this will check if your documentation and processes are up to date and, where future changes are known about, will identify what changes will be needed.
SFM Consulting knows that one size doesn’t fit all - therefore the audit is scaled to fit your organisation and the detail determined by the number of staff you employ, their roles, the market in which you operate, number of locations etc. The result is an action plan which identifies the relative urgency of all issues using traffic light colour-coding. Completion of the actions can be undertaken by SFM Consulting to a pre-agreed timetable or by your staff or by your staff with assistance and advice from SFM Consulting as required.
